The competition of university students in scientific activities in mathematics and computer science SVOČ has been held annually since 2000. Students of bachelor's and especially master's studies from the Czech Republic and Slovakia compete with their works. This year was organized by the Czech Technical University in Prague and was held online.

55 students from 7 Czech and 3 Slovak universities competed in 6 sections. From the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the section Probability Theory, Mathematical Statistics, Econometrics, and Financial Mathematics, students Matěj Benko and Ľuboš Slávik placed 3rd and Markéta Tkadlecová in the Applied Mathematics section received an Honorable Mention.
