An electronic apology system was newly introduced.

If you are unable to attend classes due to health or other serious reasons, you can enter the date and reason for your absence. The apology must be entered in the Studis, which will make it available to the teacher of the subject and to the assistants from the Study Department.

The teacher can demand compensation for absence from compulsory education.

• Select the most common reasons from the dial. If you choose a "other" reason, please specify the serious reason for your absence.

• You can include a file with a document proving the reason for your absence. Confirmation of the reason for absence is required for excuses longer than 14 calendar days. The inserted confirmation will not be seen by the teacher, only by authorized faculty staff.

• An already entered (and confirmed) apology can be modified, eg due to the prolongation of the disease.

• You can be asked by the faculty to prove the reasons for your absence any time.

Teachers of subjects that you have entered in the electronic index can see the excuses entered in the BUT IS.
