The third Saturday in March VIDA! Science center in Brno has been full of robots. More than fifteen hundred kids and adult visitors were interested in the entertaining family-programme.

Students from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology, took part in the accompanying program of the event. You could meet students from the Department of Mechatronics, the Institute of Automation and Computer Science, and members of the TU Brno Racing team.

Thanks to the student formula simulator, visitors could enjoy the ride at the world's racetracks. They could also try a duel with the Air Hockey Robot and admire the robot that can solve the puzzle of the Tower of Hanoi. The last activity belonged to mechatronic models, where a robotic spider was waiting to meet the visitors.
