The new electric monopost of the TU Brno Racing team called Dragon e2 has had its racing premiere. On 18-24 July, it was on show at the motor racing circuit in Most. During the traditional opening of the racing season in the domestic Formula Student Czech Republic race, it finished in the top ten.

"Unfortunately, we were affected by technical problems, but overall we placed 9th, i.e. in the top 10. We had the 3rd best lap time in the Endurance discipline and in the Engineering Design static discipline we placed 2nd," said team leader Ema Záňová.

The next races await the student formula from BUT in August, when the team will go first to the Formula Student East competition at the Hungaroring circuit in Hungary (8-12 August) and then to Croatia for the Formula Student Alpe Adria races (23-28 August).
