The beginning of the year brought changes in the composition of the university management, two new vice-rectors took office. Following these changes, FME has a new Vice-Dean for Master's Studies.

The Vice-Chancellor for Further Education and Quality became Vítězslav Máša, former Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The vacant position of the Vice-Dean of FME for Master's studies, international studies, scholarships and fees, lifelong learning, final theses and state final examinations was newly filled by Radek Kalousek.
