The course gives an overview of the English grammar corresponding to secondary school curriculum. It can be useful for students who need to revise the grammar skills needed in compulsory courses or for General English Exam.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students will revise grammar for everyday communication at the A2-B1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Course is intended for students who need to revise secondary school English during their studies in compulsory courses or before the General English Exam.

- the future  expressed by will, going to and present continuous


- the future expressed by might, may and could, the future in time clauses and in the first conditional


- modal verbs


- expression used to and a modal verb would in narration


- passive voice
