Course detail
Numerical Modeling and Rapid Prototyping
FSI-HRA Acad. year: 2023/2024 Summer semester
The course is focused on modern technology and modern methods used in the development, design and manufacturing of a prototype. At the beginning the term “Computer Aided Design” is defined along with its integration into the production process. Next, CAD systems are dealt with in more detail, systems separated into categories and the use of each category is explained with a view to working methods and available tools. Part of this subject is concerned with collaborative design between computerized workstations over a network (LAN). The final part concerns prototype product description various methods of rapid prototyping and efficiency reverse engineering methods.
