Bachelor Seminar (B-MET)

This course is designed to support the methods and resources necessary for the completion of a bachelor's thesis. It is intended to assist students in formulating the content of the thesis, the objectives of the thesis, the methods and means used for the solution and in evaluating the results obtained.

Entry knowledge
Students are supposed to have the knowledge of physics and engineering related to the topic of their bachelor project.
Rules for evaluation and completion of the course
The evaluation of the course takes the form of credit, which is awarded on the basis of the preparation of an extended outline of the final thesis and its presentation at the examination presentation. To be awarded credit, both the presentation and the extended outline must meet the specified standard.
Aims
The aim is to ensure that students can quickly and efficiently work on the assigned project and continuously monitor its status. The student should demonstrate the ability to develop the project to the required level, to formulate engineering conclusions based on the results obtained and to present these results in a specified form.
