Original abstract
Cylindrical specimen of polycrystaline Inconel 713 LC have been cyclically strained under control at 23, 500, 700 and 800°C. Hardening softening curves were documented. Dislocation structure was studied with technique of oriented foils in TEM. SEM and AFM were used to investigate surface relief topography.
