We present a novel application of the eigenmode expansion technique for rigorous simulation of light scattering from living cells. We demonstrate convergence properties and discuss practical applicability of the technique.

Prezentujeme novou aplikaci metody rozkladu do vlastních modů pro rigorózní simulace rozptylu světla na živých buňkách. Demonstrujeme numerickou konvergenci metody a diskutujeme její praktickou použitelnosti.
