Článek popisuje sledování vlivu desoxidace a obsahu dusíku při horní hranici dané normou a technologické parametry výroby tekuté oceli na možnost vzniku bublin v ingotech o hmotnosti cca 1500kg. Výzkum byl sledován na souboru taveb z oceli P91, jelikož se objevili u tohoto materiálu u některých taveb bubliny v rozsahu nepoužitelném pro další zpracování.

Článek popisuje sledování vlivu desoxidace a obsahu dusíku při horní hranici dané normou a technologické parametry výroby tekuté oceli na možnost vzniku bublin v ingotech o hmotnosti cca 1500kg. Výzkum byl sledován na souboru taveb z oceli P91, jelikož se objevili u tohoto materiálu u některých taveb bubliny v rozsahu nepoužitelném pro další zpracování.

English abstract

This article describes the observation of the influence of desoxidation and nitrogen content in top limits defined by the standards on the technology parameters of liquid steel and probability of formation of gas bubbles. The research was accomplished on the group of melts of the steel P91 because of the appearance of gas bubbles in the casts.
