Experimentální výkovky z materiálu ingotu podrobeného mimopecnímu zpracování a vakuování a z ingotu zpracovaného pouze standardními metalurgickými pochody. Každý z výkovků má jednotlivé segmenty s odstupňovaným prokováním. S využitím komplexních sad výsledků testů mikrostrukturní analýzy, zkoušek rázem v ohybu, tahových zkoušek a fraktografické analýzy byl stanoven vhodný postup umožňující snížení výskytu vnitřních vad, které jsou původně následkem tuhnutí materiálu v kokile. Vhodnou volbou řízené deformace při kování lze tyto defekty uvnitř materiálu svařit a tím odstranit.

Experimental forgings from ingot material subjected to vacuum processing and from ingot processed only by standard metallurgical processes. Each of the forgings has individual segments with gradual deformatiuon level. Using a comprehensive set of results from microstructural analysis tests, flexural impact tests, tensile tests and fractographic analysis, a suitable procedure was determined to reduce the occurrence of internal defects that are originally due to solidification of the material in the mold. By a suitable choice of controlled deformation during forging, these defects can be welded inside the material and thus eliminated.
