Standardní modernizovanou diagnostickou metodou u zkoušekkontaktní únavy je snímání a vyhodnocování úrovně vibrací. V rámci rekonstrukce však bylo vyhodnocování doplněno o snímání signálu akustické emise a měření teploty v kritických uzlech. Akustická emise umožňuje zpřesnění identifikace počátku vzniku povrchového poškození zkušebního vzorku, případně kondici opěrných ložisek. Termodiagnostika je zatím využívána pro kontrolu stavu opěrných ložisek.
English abstract
The standard upgraded diagnostic method for contact fatigue testing is vibration sensing and evaluation. However, as part of the reconstruction, the evaluation was supplemented by sensing the acoustic emission signal and measuring the temperature at critical nodes. Acoustic emission makes it possible to specify the identification of the beginning of the surface damage of the test specimen, or the condition of the support bearings. Thermodiagnostics is currently used to check the condition of the support bearings.
