Original abstract
SrTiO3 powders were prepared by means of different synthesis methods: sol-gel, precipitation, and high-energy ball milling. The particle size of synthesized powders was evaluated by nitrogen adsorption (BET method), their morphology by SEM and their phase composition by X-ray diffraction. Test bodies were prepared from the powders by cold isostatic pressing, their homogeneity was evaluated by means of mercury porosimetry. The sintering behaviour and final microstructure of sintered bodies were correlated with particle size and pore size of green bodies.

SrTiO3 prášky byly připraveny různými typy syntéz: sol-gel, precipitací a vysokoenergetickým mletím. Velikost sytetizovaných částic byla vyhodnocena dusíkovou absorbcí (BET), jejich morfologie pomocí SEM a fázové složení RTG difrakcí. Testovací tělesa byla připravena izostatickým lisováním za studena a jejich homogenita studováná rtuťovou porozimetrií. Slinovací chování a konečná mikrostruktura těles byla korelována s velikostí částic a pórů v keramických polotovarech.
