Original abstract
The paper deals with the scalar Kirchhoff theory of electromagnetic waves scattering from rough surfaces. We present fundamentals of the theory formulation and discuss the accuracy of the theory. Two selected examples of its application in surface roughness measurement are also presented
Czech abstract
Článek pojednává o skalární Kirchhoffově teorii rozptylu elektromagnetických vln na drsných površích. Prezentuje základní formulaci teorie a diskutuje její přesnost. Jsou rovněž prezentovány dva vybrané případy její aplikace na měření drsnosti povrchu
