Original abstract
Here we present the application of LIBS technique for monitoring of trafficking and deposition of selected heavy metals (Pb, Ag) and nutrition elements in different parts of plant samples that can be potentially interesting for phytoremediation (Helianthus annuus, Lactuca sativa, Zea mays etc.). The present stage of the realization of hybrid LIBS+LIFS system at the Brno University of Technology together with the preliminary results obtained on the field of monitoring of selected elements in plant compartments with this hybrid system will be also presented.
