Abstract: During the past few years we have been participating in an experimental satellite AMSAT PHASE 3D project. In terms of the agreement on co-operation with the Central Laboratory of Electronics Philipps University of Marburg and AMSAT, two onboard receivers of the P3D satellite have been developed for the matrix transponder and the command link on the L-band in our laboratory. We have participated also in satellite integration and test work in AMSAT facility in Orlando as well as on ESA launch campaign in Kourou. In IREL Telemetry and Command Station telemetry is received and processed after satellite launch. About these activities it is referred in this paper.
