Original abstract

In this paper we report on the utilization of X-ray absorption radiography and phase sensitive X-ray micro-radiography techniques for mapping the metal intake in the leaves of plants. The sexperiments were realized at the SYRMEP beamline of Elettra Synchrotron in Trieste, Italy.

Článek pojednává o realizaci synchrotronové mikroradiografie a mikrotomografie využitím 8,5-35 keV záření na synchrotronu Elettra v Terstu, (Itálie) k mapování akumulace kovů v biologických vzorcích. Kromě klasické nedestruktivní vizualizace se využili taky dvouenergiové techniky.

English abstract
