Original abstract

Fluctuation of electrical polarisation is a source of the current and voltage noise. On the base of fluctuation-dissipation theorem the term for the fluctuation of polarisation vector is derived. The new model based on a set of RC circuit with different relaxation times is proposed to prove the conformity with experiments.
