Original abstract

The paper presents outputs of the FRVŠ project, which has aimed to incorporate the issue of creating discrete-event models of transport and manipulation systems and equipments into the current tuition. In this paper there are instances of ready examples together with related student handouts. The conclusion discusses a particular application of those materials and the future prospect of the methodics of the teaching of discrete-event simulation.
