Here we report on construction and investigation, testing and application of the capillary-dischagre based dielectric and metal vapor generator for x-ray capillary lasers.

Here we describe the construction of a capillary-dischagre based dielectric and metal vapor generator. The generator can be utilized among others for creating an active medium for x-ray and soft x-ray capillary lasers.
