Originální abstrakt

In the introduction part, this research report summarizes the principles of corrosion protection by zinc coatings, of white rust damage of the coatings and of the passivation used against the white rust formation. Main experimental methods of the required analysis are explained and short description of delivered specimens is given. The microstructure of all materials present in specimens, including the elemental chemical analysis. Then follow analyses of individual defects. Experimental part is finished by simple corrosion test. In conclusions, the defect characteristics are summarized and recommendations for company Carclo as well as for provider company are expressed.

Český abstrakt

Výzkumná zpráva v úvodu shrnuje principy korozní ochrany zinkovými povlaky, napadení povlaků bílou rzí a pasivace chromátovými povlaky za účelem ochrany proti bílé rzi. Jsou shrnuty hlavní metody využité v rámci požadované analýzy a je podán stručný popis dodaných vzorků a jejich defektů. Je popsána struktura materiálů přítomných na vzorcích, včetně prvkové analýzy. Následují analýzy jednotlivých defektů. Experimenty jsou uzavřeny orientační korozní zkouškou. Závěrem jsou shrnuty charakteristiky defektů a formulována doporučeni pro firmu Carclo i pro dodavatelskou firmu
